During your first visit we will spend time discussing your goals and needs. Valeriya will guide you through the Pilates system and its principles so that you have a full understanding of how Pilates will help you achieve your goals and feel comfortable and safe with the equipment used i both private and group classes.
Reformer Pilates is a form of exercise that has recently captured the imagination of fitness enthusiasts around the world. The reformer is the cornerstone of Pilates, and it helps to create a space for the body that draws attention to weaker sides and areas of the body that need more attention. It is also a great overall workout.
We focus on proper alignment and execution of all exercises, as well as providing you with a great workout.
The Tower class will introduce you to the wider variety of pilates equipment. Working on the tower will allow you to use props such as the Push Though Bar, Roll Back Bar, Arm and Leg Springs. These will challenge your body and mind further deepening your practice.
The Tower is attached to the Reformer, which means we can provide a wider ranger of exercises in one session.
We believe that everyone’s body is unique and deserves personalised attention. Our private Pilates sessions focus on your individual needs and goals to help you achieve physical and mental well-being. Our expert instructors use a variety of equipment, including the reformer, Tower, Wunda Chair and more, to create an effective and personalised workout for each client. Start your Pilates journey with us and discover the full power of the Pilates system.
We recognise the profound transformations your body undergoes during pregnancy and are dedicated to guiding you to maintain strength and safety throughout this extraordinary period.
In our postnatal sessions, we focus on fostering a secure recovery by reactivating your core. Whether addressing Diastasis Recti or preventing its progression, our sessions are designed to support your postpartum well-being comprehensively.
'First, educate the child' J. Pilates.
Pilates is great for developing postural alignment which is easily effected in todays digital world. It also develops coordination skills, flexibility and strength required to do many other sports.
We recommend children coming to Private or Semi Private sessions after 8 years of age to get the full benefits of Pilates. Please talk to us directly about arranging these sessions.
