During your first visit we will spend time discussing your goals and needs. Valeriya will guide you through the Pilates system and its principles so that you have a full understanding of how Pilates will help you achieve your goals and feel comfortable and safe with the equipment used i both private and group classes.
Reformer Pilates is a form of exercise that has recently captured the imagination of fitness enthusiasts around the world. The reformer is the cornerstone of Pilates, and it helps to create a space for the body that draws attention to weaker sides and areas of the body that need more attention. It is also a great overall workout.
We focus on proper alignment and execution of all exercises, as well as providing you with a great workout.
The Tower class will introduce you to the wider variety of pilates equipment. Working on the tower will allow you to use props such as the Push Though Bar, Roll Back Bar, Arm and Leg Springs. These will challenge your body and mind further deepening your practice.
The Tower is attached to the Reformer, which means we can provide a wider ranger of exercises in one session.

We recommend children coming to Private or Semi Private sessions after 8 years of age to get the full benefits of Pilates. Please talk to us directly about arranging these sessions.
